Round luminaire for installation in the ceiling – recessed.
• Configuration: die-cast aluminium structure, EN AB47100 alloy (low copper content)and AISI 316L stainless steel outer frame(rawor painted in white).Glass diffuser: textured with silk screen border,fixed to the aluminium structure through a robotic gluing system.
• Double layer coating for high resistance to corrosion: the aluminium components are painted with a double coatusing powders which are compliant with QUALICOAT standards: a first layer of epoxy powder (with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance) and a second finishing layer of polyester powder (resistant to UV ray sand atmospheric agents). The entire painting process of the aluminium fitting starts from components which have been sand blasted in advance to make the surface more porou sand increase the adherence of the paint. Ares effects alkaline and acid washing to clean the surfaces completely,then rinses with de mineralised water to remove any residue particles, subsequently a chemical conversion treatment is done to protect against rusting.

• Class of insulation: II; version 230V: I• Installation: the luminaire is equipped with a water tight M12 screw-connector providing optimal insulation against water ingress. 220-240V version: the luminaire is supplied with a remote IP67 electronic power supply kit equipped with a piece of cable with screw connector towards the luminaire and a piece of cable to be used for wiring. 230V direct feeding: the luminaire is equipped with a piece of cable with a 2-way connector for 3-conductor cables (H2O STOP) for an easy-to-make connection. Outdoor use requires suitable flexible cables assuring the water tightness of the cable gland / connector.• We recommend the use of a connection system with a protection degree greater than or equal to the protection degree of the luminaire.
